Also known as Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Bacon Burnt Ends are the most delectable kind of meat candy and one of the MOST incredible BBQ dishes. Bacon burnt ends are made from a big ol’ slab of pork belly, which is smoked then coated in a sticky sauce which reduces down in the BBQ pit. The end result is bacon burnt ends that are sticky, sweet, savory and salty nuggets of delectable goodness. One is never enough!
