Inspirations for recipes sometimes come from the strangest places. This one comes from my buddy Nick at dudefoods.com. He’s the guy who combined 43 different sandwiches at McDonalds and created the McEverything. He’s also responsible for the taco that broke the internet – the bacon weave taco shell. And while our food styles aren’t exactly the same, I’m always interested to see what craziness he’ll come up with next. But mac’n’cheese stuffed urrything aside, Nick is seriously obsessed with eating garlic parmesan wings. Quite literally, he eats them at least twice a week. AT LEAST. It was during one of his snapchatted wing sessions that I had the idea for an entire garlic parm roast chicken. So naturally, I dedicate this recipe to him.
