Grilled Crab Legs with Epic Umami Butter

68 clusters of snow or king crab legs

1 stick of butter (4 oz)

2 teaspoons Hardcore Carnivore Amplify

spray oil or butter


  1. Preheat a grill to medium heat, about 350-400f.
  2. Spitz the crab clusters with oil, then place them onto the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes, then flip and cook a further 6-8 minutes on the other side, or until the meat is heated through.
  3. In a small pan, melt the stick of butter over low heat. If desired, you can scoop off and discard the foam that comes to the surface to make it more of a clarified/drawn style butter. Add the Amplify, and stir to combine.
  4. Serve the warmed crab legs with the umami Amplify butter.
