Join me at the Texas Beef Council on February 4th for an intensive Beef Workshop.

  • Grass and Grain feeding (plus a taste comparison)

  • Blending your own seasoning mix
  • Hands on grilling with no more than two people per grill
  • General tips & tricks for working with and cooking beef

Jess Pryles is a full fledged Hardcore Carnivore. She's a live fire cook, author, meat specialist and Meat Science grad student. She's also a respected authority on Texas style barbecue. Australian born and raised, she now lives in Texas.
