Held annually around Australia and in Austin, Texas, the Carnivores Ball is a celebration of tasty delights – the ultimate meat lovers party.

The Ball highlights exceptional local produce, such as Cape Grim Beef, Garrison Brothers Bourbon, Flinders Island lamb and Saint Arnold beer, and showcases the prowess of culinary superstars and talented cooks. Put simply, accomplished chefs working with amazing ingredients to come up with kick-ass, approachable dishes served as a multi-course dinner. And, of course, meat is the star ingredient in every single course. Previous stands outs include smoked beef shank braised in red wine, bourbon-brined lamb belly bacon, bloody mary jerky, brisket  pork fat caramel donuts and foie gras gelato with duck fat caramel swirl.

Combine this with incredible locations, from vintage theatres to open door barns, classic country and blues tunes from great live bands, generous gift bags and thoughtful details – you’ve got yourself one heck of a night out.
